A Rough-Draft composite of Ascent

Ascent was one of the “hard” floors in Level 1 until being removed in DEMO update v0.4.0. It featured:

  • Eight enemy encounters
  • Two upgrade sticks

Tips

  • If the 3rd set of encounters is giving you trouble, clearing the barrels from a distance can help give you some breathing room and prevent some chaos in it.
    • Alternatively, the 3rd room can be skipped by walking along the top-left edge of the room, however this is not advised for beginners as you will lose out on an upgrade in addition to many fitness points.

Trivia

  • Ascent is the only stage that was removed twice, being temporarily removed in v0.3.3, re-added in v0.3.4, and removed in v0.4.0.
