Express Delivery is a 
Common Upgrade, enhancing the 
Router's primary fire, Grenade.
Effects
- Increases the base throwing speed of Grenades, with a hefty increase to recoil in turn.
Tips
- Useful combination with
Bulk Delivery, allowing some nullification of the severe base throw speed penalty. - With enough of this upgrade, it becomes faster to throw grenades behind you than to charge a dash or move normally.
