Myopia

Myopia is a GOLEM Upgrade that prevents you from getting upgrades that are not for your current bot type.

Effects

When picking up an upgrade stick, all 3 upgrades presented to choose from will be for the bot you are currently using.
Rare upgrades will be less common:

Using this upgrade to its fullest potential will often result in leaving your other bots in the dust. In order to maintain your run, consider only briefly swapping to other bots to refresh your variety bonus.
- This effect is even more pronounced if you get the Obsession upgrade to transfer all upgrades to your current bot, which can be a game-changer in a long run or a death sentence.
Myopia is a very useful upgrade for the CASH challenge run, as it is generally required to stick to a single bot for the entire run.
The decreased probability of getting Radical or Breakthrough upgrades is counterbalanced by the 100% chance to get upgrades for your bot of choice, so craft your build wisely.

Myopia is unlocked after beating the CPU 4 times.
Despite the upgrade description, it is possible to get upgrades for other bots than your current one if you have every Common upgrade for your bot, likely due to a programming oversight.
If you are in the MITE form when you pick up an upgrade, Myopia will have no effect.
