Obsession is a GOLEM Upgrade that transfers all upgrades from other bots into the bot type you are using at the time.

Effects

• When Obsession is applied, every upgrade from the 3 bot types other than the current host's type will be transferred to the current host's upgrade pool.
  • Upgrades will preserve their tier when being transferred (i.e. Whiplash might turn into Soldering Fingers or Induction Barrel), but will move down a tier if the current host already has every upgrade from that tier.

Tips

• This upgrade is useless if applied at the beginning of a run, but once some upgrades are acquired, this upgrade will greatly increase your strength with one bot.
  • Using this upgrade will generally result in leaving your other bots in the dust. In order to maintain your run, consider only briefly swapping to other bots to refresh your variety bonus.
• Obsession pairs well with the Myopia upgrade, as Obsession is a one-time use upgrade and Myopia can aid in further refining your build.

Trivia

• Obsession is unlocked after beating the CPU 9 times.
• If the current host already has every upgrade, Obsession will not upgrade the current host further(or give them mutually exclusive upgrades), but the upgrades from the other 3 bots will be reset.
